I’ll start with the staff. They were so nice and welcoming and probably the best part of the evening. The location is weird and the place has no vibe. Now let’s get to the food. Nothing extraordinary. Very basic and even less. The dish that gave them the Michelin is basically eating poached egg with lots of tahini on top. Which on its own, at home with a slice of a sourdough toast is great. Not for a Michelin star restaurant. Not even for a restaurant at dinner time at all to be honest. Really, as much as I would want this place to be phenomenal as I would have loved to support it, it is simply basic. Malabi for dessert was the best dish of the night. Beside the Malabi and super nice staff. The place is meh.

Great vibe. Great cooking and attentive service. I thoroughly enjoyed the meal and loved the amuse bouche so much. The chef carefully explained what was in each dish, the Israel influence and happily answered my questions about the ingredients. I would come back when they change their menu.

There is absolutely everything to love about this place. The food is astonishing and super creative, the wine pairing is perfect, the staff is friendly, funny, interesting. We already went twice in 6 months, and they had already created totally new, equally delicious courses. Of course it's not cheap but totally worth it!
